SHIPPING POLICY

I work hard to ensure your orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information—if tracking is available for your shipment—so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond my control.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please reach out to me right away so I can assist in resolving the issue. Your satisfaction is important, and I’ll do everything I can to make it right. However, please note that as per the return policy, I cannot accept returns if the product has been opened, as sealed TCG products cannot be resold.

RETURN POLICY

Since sealed products in the TCG industry can’t be resold once opened, I’m unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match the description, please reach out to me, and I’ll do my best to make things right.

Cancellations can be requested before shipment, but a 6% cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps cover the non-refundable payment processing costs from the original transaction.
